Chronox time updates

We have done lots of updates in our time reporting system. We have made a new variant of "reporting on the project" with a good project summary with a print button. You can also choose which period you want to compile the project. New feature for administrators. On the listed reports can write in the date range, then it generates reports for all employees in the dates. A luxuary funtion. Obviously, we threw in a button to print all reports. You can now export the employees payrolls to most major payroll systems like Visma Hoogia etc.

Chronox Presentation Video

We made a movie for our timesheeting service Chronox. The movie is a presentation movie so you can easily understand how the system works. To watch the movie go to Chronox website. The movie is primarily a 3D animation made by Lisa Fernell.

HiB:s website (SMS and iCal with submissions)

When members are submitting their participation for an event on Håltagningesentreprenörernas website they can provide the phone number and mail adress to the participants, which then recieves an SMS and/or mail with information and an iCal file so they easily can add the event to their calendar. They will also automatically recive a reminder via SMS when the event approaches.

subsea.ax (Content management)

Subsea wanted updates to their existing website.

The work included, manageability of pages, sorting of services and miscellaneous content changes.

It was also content support with components to enable customers to easily edit business cards, partners boxes, object boxes and template gallery list

We also did an update of TinyMCE to the latest version.

RIO contacted us and wanted a basic education in wordpress. We went through basic understanding of wordpress. We went through changes settings in the selected theme and discussed the extensions and adaptations.

A new web site for the company Kowal Miljö & Energi. A straight forward and elegant site, fully editable by the customer and with a modern responsive design, ranging from small phones, tablets to desktops.

Calculation program for brick ties

A calculation program for calculating the forces on a building and calculate the number and the type of brick ties needed. The program was developed modularly to be used by both Joma and Murma Byggmaterial, with its own product databases and adaptations. The underlying calculations have been produced by Arne Cajdert (AC Byggkonsult).

Murma web site - Content Management Tools (CMS)

On Murma's website, we have moved the bulk of the content into databases and made administrative tools so the customer can maintain the site. Besides simple stuff like Price Lists, News and their New Letter Murma-Nytt, all the Documents (manuals, guides, data sheets etc) has been moved into a central database so that documents that are used in many places on the site can be maintained in a common place. All the Products have also been moved into a database och can be maintained. This was the most complicated part, as we tried to avoid having to manually populate the database with the existing product information.

SPEF:s Q&A-tool: Update to the 3rd Edition

An update to the third edition of SPEF:s Quality Assurance Online Tool (KMA). With this tool the member companies manages the documention of their construction projects, which is required to comply to standards, and the documents are generated as PDF. The update included new design/layout and change of the fields of around 20 types of documents.

Celebration Logo for Puts & Plattsättning

When Puts & Plattsättning was to celebrate their 50th year, our designer Lisa Fernell produced a special logo for the occasion that also was integrated into their web site. It was also produced as vector graphics for printing (EPS / PDF).

Chronox Work Report Support

A new add-on for our time sheeting server, Chronox. The add-on allows the companies (users) to submit a work order, and to request a work report (time, tasks, material, equipment and so on) to be submitted by an employee. Both the order and report can be customized to what the indivudual company requires, and the whole process can be handled electronically. In the process large parts of the system was rewritten (refactored).

SBUF - Concrete drying app

Profundis, together with SBUF , has initiated a project to make user-friendly applications for formulas that are regularly used in the construction industry. First up is an application that calculates the drying time for concrete depending on various environmental variables and the desired results. Calculations are based on results from previous empirical experiments compiled in a crib. To provide more accurate results than those measured in experiments, calculations are made between all measured values with bilinear interpolation. In this way, the construction workers quickly and easily can set all relevant parameters and immediately get information about the concrete drying time. The app is available for both iPhone and Android.

App "HiB" (new icon and design)

HiB (Håltagningsentrerenörerna inom Sveriges Byggindustrier) has a new logo, so we updated their app with a new icon, based on the new logo. Some other elements in the app were updated as well.

CV/Résumé generation tool för SPEF companies

We have developed and implemented a system and tools for SPEF's member companies so that their employees who have professional certificates can fill in and print a standardized CV/resume. These are among other things attached to tenders. It is also linked to the internal database with those who have undergone SPEF's courses to simplify completion.

Newsletter Puts & Platt

Puts & flat ordered a newsletter for their website. Since the client was familiar with MailChimp so we implemented it for the client. The assignment was to create a template for your newsletter, post a notice of the newsletter on their website that updates the mailing list in MailChimp. We have also added to the newsletter from Mailchimp are submitted automatically as news on their news page on the website.
